Flintridge Partners LLC (Flintridge) is a real estate development management company specializing in privatized government property as well as real estate opportunities requiring complex financing structures and ownership strategies. The three principal partners, Bill Fellers, Mitch Silver, and Dean Taylor, possess a diversity of unique and complementary skill sets. Each is dedicated in key roles to the development management responsibilities required throughout the life of a project. Prior to founding Flintridge in 2004, all three principals spent many years together in the management and financing of complex projects at Fluor Corporation, one of the worlds largest engineering and construction companies, where they contributed substantially to the development and implementation of such projects as the U.S. Government Ford Island land exchange project in Hawaii, and various Government Privatization Projects, including the Camp Pendleton Family Housing Privatization Project in California.
