William A. “Bill” Fellers, Jr.
President / Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of Flintridge, Bill Fellers leads the company and identifies new prospects and niche business opportunities. He serves as the key point of contact for development partners. Bill has more than 30 years of diversified experience in development management, government privatization, marketing, business investments, business and project management, design, construction and facilities management. His expertise covers a wide variety of projects throughout the U.S. and abroad including mixed-use, housing, recreation, retail, hospitality, historic preservation, education, commercial, telecommunication, medical, and governmental.
Before establishing Flintridge, Bill was an Executive Director at Fluor Corporation, responsible for housing privatization and several government privatization pursuits utilizing the Military Housing Privatization Initiative, Enhanced Use Leasing, and “Property Swap” vehicles in exchange for in-kind services.
Prior to joining Fluor, Bill founded and directed an architectural design and construction management firm. He advised and assisted developers in site feasibility, selection, and planning of projects. Projects included HUD senior housing, condominiums, medical and educational facilities, and historic preservation/renovations.
Bill earned a B.S., Architectural Studies, and a Bachelor of Architecture, from the North Dakota State University. He also attended the Management Program in Global Telecommunications at Thunderbird University (The American Graduate School of International Management). He is a Registered Professional Architect in California and a member of the National Council of Architects Registration Board.
