Past Project
Total Development Cost: Build-out was anticipated at $380 Million

In 2007, the Air Force selected the Flintridge Partners assembled team of the Hunt Development Group, Titan Development, and Weston Solutions to develop 92 acres of land under a 50-year ground lease at Kirtland AFB. The proposed development included a diverse mix of Class A office, technology and research space, retail, hotel, medical office, and senior continuum of care facilities. The project was strategically located adjacent to the ABQ International Airport, Sandia National Laboratories, VA Hospital, and numerous Kirtland AFB business units, providing a synergistic think tank for a myriad of tech, biomedical, and defense based businesses.

The development plan included a significant amount of green space in a park-like campus setting with water features, well-lit parking, and pedestrian pathways for interconnectivity between on-base and off-base facilities. At completion, the development would have contained over one million square feet of space and employed approximately 4,000 people. In 2008, negotiations were mutually put on hold, and then unfortunately terminated due to eroding economic conditions in the United States.
