The AETC II housing project includes 324 new, 1020 renovated, 354 historic renovated and 501 as-is homes, for a total of 2199 military family residences at six Air Force bases. The program also includes new community centers and extensive amenities at all sites. The project by Hunt Development Group encompasses a fifty-year program including design, construction, operations and maintenance, project financing and asset management. Flintridge Partners managed the proposal process, scope and cost negotiations with the AF, and design development.
